You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail stating how much you’ve won the auction for. At that point you’ll need to deposit a minimum of $20.00 in your account if you already haven’t to cover the cost of shipping and your highest unique bid. If the money isn't deposited into the account within 72 hours the auction will be voided.
If you’re a Platinum Member, you can sell us the auction item back and we’ll give you 80% of the retail value of the item in cash! Just reply to the confirmation e-mail letting us know you’d rather take the cash instead of the item.
I won my item, how much do I really have to pay?
All you have to pay is whatever your winning bid was. If it was .22 cents for a Nintendo Wii, you owe us .22 cents plus a standard shipping.
How much does shipping costs?
Shipping depends on your location and the size of the item. All of our items are shipped directly from our partner’s websites and prices will vary depending on their shipping policies. Our rates are reasonable and will not be inflated whatsoever.
Can I pick up my item at the UniqueAuction office?
No. We do not have any of our items up for auction at our head office. Once the auction is one we order the item online and have it shipped directly to the winner.
Where do the items come from?
We buy all of our items brand new from some of the most popular stores in North America today.
